Called Jandi Lanning (CHP dispatch) <br /> (209-943-8600)who stated she would leave the Srgt. on-scene a voice message <br /> to call me back (provided her the ER cell phone number).Called Jaun <br /> Armendarez (209-948-3723) of CalTrans, who stated Loren Shelton was en-route <br /> to the incident. Called Loren Shelton (209-483-4466)who stated he just turned <br /> onto Hwy 26 on his way to the scene and he would give me a call once he is <br /> on-site and obtains more information about the spill. <br /> Updated Elena Manzo, Ld Sr REHS, and Claudia Muro, EHS after-hours <br /> inspector. <br /> Received a call back from Loren, who stated the spill impacted a ditch <br /> 06/30/2020 Was briefed on new complaint details and given location information by Elianna MURO <br /> Florido (EHD). <br /> Discussed complaint with Lead Senior Elena Manzo (EHD). <br /> 06/30/2020 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM En Route to E HWY 26 diesel release site. MURO <br /> 06/30/2020 Continued from day. MURO <br /> 5:00 PM Arrived at site of traffic accident. Met with Robert Shanks,Assistant <br /> Stormwater Coordinator at Caltrans and Dustin Jorrick, California Highway Patrol <br /> Officer. <br /> Robert Shanks escorted me to the big rig involved in the accident. It was parked <br /> on the side of the road eastbound on HWY 26. The fuel tank was plugged to <br /> prevent further release. Observed dark oily soil underneath the big rig which <br /> according to Robert Shanks, was diesel fuel. I observed oily staining <br /> approximately 100 feet along the eastbound lane of HWY 26.
