MURO Received guidance from Elena Manzo on who to call for the responsible party for the complaint. Searched parcel APN number on Parcel Viewer. The APN provided by front desk was too far from release area. APN needed to be revised. Updated complaint information. 07/01/2020 Generated Notice to Abate. Emailed to Roy Constantino (Solid Waste Division), MURO Robert Shanks (Caltrans), and Juan Armendarez (Caltrans). Completed Emergency Response Record and photo log. 07/02/2020 Completed and printed Prop 65 and took to Lead Senior Stacy Rivera for review. MURO 07/02/2020 Received a call from Brian Closs (SJC Public Works)#: 20314. He wanted to MURO clarify the waste cleanup at HWY 26, since they always perform cleanup on county right of ways. He then emailed me that based on our telephone conversation, he understood that Cal Trans has taken the lead on the abatement effort. USA has been requested and the plan is to have the site cleaned up at some point next week. The work will be done either by Cal Trans or by a contractor working under direction from Cal Trans.
