Complainant stated the spill did <br /> not go past the first drain catch basin, and employees onsite conducted the <br /> clean-up of the ground and the inside of the catch basin. <br /> Called the facility and spoke to Charle Morris,Assistant General Manager, who <br /> stated the spill occurred at the gas station pumps 2 and 4, impacted the ground <br /> and inside of a storm drain catch basin, and did not go past the first catch basin. <br /> Charle stated she cleaned up the spill using absorbent pads on the ground and <br /> inside the catch basin and placed the used absorbent pads into the gas station's <br /> on-site hazardous waste solids drum. Emailed Charle requesting she email me <br /> her photos of the spill clean-up. Discussed complaint with Haza Saeed, Ld Sr <br /> REHS. <br /> Received and reviewed Charle's email with the spill clean-up photos. <br /> Arrived on-site and met with Charle and Lisa Okura-Jones, Costco employee, who <br /> showed me the spill location. The ground in front of pumps 2 and 4 was clean. <br /> Observed the inside of the impacted drain catch basin, located in front of pump 4, <br /> had been cleaned. Observed the inside of a second drain, which was connected to <br /> the impacted drain, was dry. Observed the absorbent pads that had been used to <br /> clean-up the ground and the catch basin, located inside the gas station's on-site <br /> hazardous waste solids drum. Called the City of Stockton Stormwater Department <br /> emergency number (209-937-8341) and spoke to Drew Shaw of City of Stockton <br /> Fire Dept, who dispatches Stockton Stormwater's after-hours emergencies. <br /> Notified Drew of the spill and that the clean-up appeared complete. Drew stated <br /> she would notified the Stockton Stormwater's after-hours staff. Left site for EHD. <br /> Arrived at EHD and updated Haza Saeed, Ld Sr REHS. <br /> Generated Notice To Abate.
