ALANIZ <br /> 12/17/2020 Spill updates to management and communications with J. Alaniz, the standby MANZO <br /> inspector, in connection with this spill. Complaint review for WB referral. <br /> 12/21/2020 Received a confirmation email from John Murphy, ALANIZ <br /> <John.Murphy@Waterboards.ca.gov> for the referral. <br /> Called Jeff Tinery, (262) 719-3246, and left a message. Emailed him additional <br /> responsible party information at<jeff.tierney@waterboards.ca.gov>. <br /> Sent an email to John Murphy asking if he needed a "hard copy" of the report. He <br /> replied back that he did not need one. <br /> Received a call back from Jeff. Informed him that I had already talked with John <br /> Murphy. <br /> Sent an email to Chip Hughes <Chip.Hughes@pilottravelcenters.com>, letting him <br /> know that the county was going to abate the complaint. <br /> He replied back"Does this close the County's Notice to Abate?" <br /> I responded back that the complaint was referred and no follow up was currently <br /> needed with our department. <br /> Printed the emails and abated the complaint as referred to another agency. Gave <br /> to lead senior for review. <br /> 01/04/2021 Received photos from Isabella Bencomo, ALANIZ <br /> <Isabella.Bencomo@Waterboards.ca.gov> on 12/31/2020. Made a photo log of <br /> them and added the email to the abated complaint. <br /> Reprinted the narrative and 5105 forms.
