If any problems arise, or if they <br /> have any concerns with the spill being left in place, I will let you know. <br /> Organized complaint to send to Isabella <br /> Discussed complaint with Elena Manzo and it was decided we would refer the <br /> complaint to the Water Board. <br /> Sent an email to Jana Labrucherie, <jlabrucherie@sjgov.org>, asking for the <br /> property owner information. <br /> 10/19/2020 Received the property owner information from Jana Labrucherie, ALANIZ <br /> <jlabrucherie@sjgov.org> on 10/19/2020. Called the property owner and left a <br /> message. Sent him an email asking if he had any concerns. <br /> Received an email from the property owner letting me know that he did not have any <br /> concerns. <br /> 10/22/2020 Made corrections to the complaint. Gave to supervisor to review. ALANIZ <br /> 11/13/2020 Corrected the narrative for the complaint. ALANIZ <br /> Emailed the complaint to Isabella Bencomo, scientific aid for the Water Board, <br /> <Isabella.Bencomo@Waterboards.ca.gov>. Called her at 916-724-9765 and left a <br /> message. <br /> 12/02/2020 Sent an email to Isabella Bencomo, <Isabella.Bencomo@Waterboards.ca.gov>, ALANIZ <br /> asking for an update to the review. <br /> 12/08/2020 Received an email from Isabella ALANIZ <br /> Bencomo,<Isabella.Bencomo@Waterboards.ca.gov>, asking me to email John <br /> Murphy, <John.Murphy@Waterboards.ca.gov>, for an update. Sent an email to <br /> John. <br /> 12/09/2020 Received a response from John Murphy, <John.Murphy@Waterboards.ca.gov>, on ALANIZ <br /> 12/9/2020. He said: <br /> "The report is in my position. Sorry for the delay, I have been slammed with work <br /> lately. I will try to submit it for an oversight request by Friday." <br /> Sent a response back asking for clarification on what the Water Board wants to do. <br /> He replied back saying: a cursory look indicates exceedances of screening levels <br /> so an excavation may be needed. I will make sure to get this off to DTSC though so <br /> they can take a closer look. <br /> Called Hayden Lee, 209-247-5964, and left a message letting him know that further <br /> remediation was going to be required. <br /> 5105 rpt Page 6 of 7 <br />
