Andy, engine#92 firefighter, told Anthony he attempted <br /> contacting SJC EHD, but was unable to reach the EHD. At—11:30am,All <br /> Environmental Services arrived on-site and conducted clean-up of the fuel spill on <br /> the pavement only, using absorbent. Two 55-gallon drums of clean-up material <br /> waste was generated and remains on-site, near the drains which were impacted. <br /> Brandon with All Environmental Services (209-648-8060) coordinated with another <br /> clean-up company to return to the site to conduct clean-up of the drain between <br /> 3-4pm. The drain connects to an outfall into a canal about 50 feet east of the <br /> drain. Anthony did not know if the fuel made it into the canal. Anthony also <br /> provided the responsible party contact information: DTL Transport,4375 N. <br /> Golden State Blvd. Fresno, CA 93722, Robert De Leon (Supervisor) <br /> 559-577-6399, Red (last name and title unknown) 559-577-7768, Bruce Hudson <br /> (truck driver). <br /> Called Fish &Wildlife and spoke to Maggie (dispatch) regarding the spill's impact <br /> to a drain and possibly a waterway. Maggie stated she would have a warden <br /> contact me shortly. <br /> Updated Elena Manzo, Ld Sr REHS, and John Alaniz, REHS (after-hours <br /> inspector). <br /> Received a call back from Tricia Taniguchi, Fish &Wildlife warden <br /> (415-720-8858).
