It ALANIZ <br /> was agreed that we would meet at the site at 10:00 a.m. <br /> 8:58 a.m.: Received a call from Stephanie Reyna-Hiestand, City of Tracy Storm <br /> Water, 209-605-3521. Updated her on the spill cleanup. She said that if I needed <br /> access anywhere I would need to call Wayne Bogart, Public Works <br /> Superintending, 209-605-3521. <br /> 8:30 a.m.: Called Anthony Harb, McLane Safety Manager, 209-221-7515, and <br /> informed him that Tricia and I were going to be visiting the site at 10:00 a.m. <br /> 9:37 a.m.: Called Brandon Espinoza,All Environmental Services, 209-648-8060, <br /> and updated him. He requested that Tricia contact him to discuss cleanup. <br /> Received information from Tricia that she was not going to be at the site until <br /> 10:20. Printed out property owner information for compliant and prop 65. <br /> Arrived to the site at 10:30 a.m. <br /> The absorbent boom placed in front of the pipe was contaminated with diesel. <br /> The absorbent boom placed one quarter of a mile downstream did not have any <br /> observable diesel. <br /> Tricia did not have any additional concerns with she saw. She recommended that <br /> the storm drain get pumped and washed out. <br /> Inspected the canal three quarters of a mile down the road and did not see any <br /> diesel in the water. <br /> 11:20 a.m.: Called Wayne Bogart, Public Works Superintendent, 209-814-5243. <br /> Updated him on the spill. Asked him if I needed anyone from the city to inspect <br /> Sugar Cut. He said I did not need anyone and that I could drive alongside the <br /> canal to where Sugar Cut began. <br /> Inspected Sugar cut and did not observe any diesel contaminated water. <br /> Completed Prop 65 and narratives. <br /> 11:37 a.m.: Called Brandon Espinoza,All Environmental Services, 209-648-8060, <br /> and discussed the cleanup. Brandon said he spoke with Fish and Wildlife and the <br /> cleanup plan had not changed. <br /> 1:16 p.m.: Received a call from Anthony Herb, asking for a copy of the notice to <br /> abate. Emailed it to him at<anthony.harb@mclanefs.com>. <br /> 3:05 p.m.: Called Brandon Espinoza. He said he was leaving to the site and <br /> would be there in 40 minutes. <br /> 4:08 p.m.: Called Brandon Espinoza. All of the cleanup crew had arrived. He <br /> was currently in progress of plugging the drain. <br /> 06/19/2020 Discussed the complaint with Elena Manzo several times. Updated her ALANIZ <br /> throughout the day. <br /> Updated Robert McClellon, Solid Waste Program Coordinator, <br /> <RMcClellon@sjgov.org>, and Subbotnikova, Natalia, Lead Senior, <br /> <nsubbotnikova@sjgov.org>. <br /> Called the South San Joaquin County Fire Authority, (209) 831-6700, and left a <br /> message asking for a call back.
