He told <br /> me he was in Eureka, CA and would not be back until Thursday, December 12 in <br /> the late night. I let him know that I had Jason's detailed narrative and that I would <br /> email them to him. He gave me his email address. <br /> 7:22 PM Emailed Jason Gaitan's notes to Mitchell at <br /> mitchell.goode@wildlife.ca.gov <br /> 12/11/2019 Generated prop 65. Gave to Elena Manzo (Lead Senior REHS) for review. GAITAN <br /> 12/11/2019 Received pager notification from Francisco Ruiz (Office Assistant). He let me GAITAN <br /> know of a 37-foot vessel that sank on the delta. <br /> Gave me contact information of complainant. Sherri Keys, Office Manager. <br /> 12/11/2019 Contacted Sherri Keys, Manager for King Island Marina. She let me know that the GAITAN <br /> 37-foot vessel sank overnight. She stated that the owner of the vessel is Charles <br /> Spurlock. Charles is also the property owner of the marina. I asked if she notified <br /> fish and wildlife services and coast guard she stated that she has. Contacted <br /> Elena Manzo (Lead Senior REHS) updated her on the spill. Based on the <br /> discussion I contacted the coast guard, fish, and wildlife to make sure they have <br /> been notified. <br /> Contacted fish and wildlife. Spoke to dispatcher, she stated that they have been <br /> notified but do not have anyone scheduled to be on site. <br /> Contacted coast guard. Spoke to Mike. He referred me to Jason Raymond. <br /> Contacted Jason Raymond, response inspector for coast guard.
