Environmental Health Department <br />AMENDED <br />3/4/2021 <br />Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />March 02, 2021 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 1230 S FAIRMONT AVE, LODI <br /> Facility Name: <br /> Pearl Crop - Lodi <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR - Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 601 CCR 66262.34(d) Stored hazardous waste onsite greater than 180 days (90 days acute / extremely). <br />OBSERVATION: The following hazardous waste containers were found on-site with an accumulation start date of <br />greater than 180 days or no accumulation start date: <br />- A partially full ~ 20-gal container of hazardous waste ethyl alcohol solution located in the hazardous waste storage <br />shed was observed without an accumulation start date. <br />- One ~ 25-gallon container of hazardous waste ethyl alcohol solution located the hazardous waste storage area <br />was observed with and accumulation start date: 02/28/2016. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 22 California Code of Regulations section 66262.34. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately dispose of the hazardous waste stored on site greater than 180 days in <br />compliance with Title 22 California Code of Regulations. Provide a corrective action statement and a copy of the <br />disposal records to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) within 30 days. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 605 CCR 66262.34(f) Failed to completely label containers or portable tanks of hazardous waste. <br />OBSERVATION: A hazardous waste container was observed on-site with incomplete labeling. The container was: <br />- A partially full ~ 20-gal container of hazardous waste ethyl alcohol solution located in the hazardous waste storage <br />shed was observed without an accumulation start date. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: All hazardous waste containers shall be marked with the following information: the <br />words “Hazardous Waste”, name and address of generator, hazardous properties, physical state, composition <br />(contents), accumulation start date <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately label the containers as required for hazardous waste. Provide a corrective <br />action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />(EHD) within 30 days. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
