The house KAU R has a septic permit from 1960. Complaint states that there is septic tank overflow and feces all over the back yard. After field activity-- prepared photo log. 07/22/2019 5224 Ardelle Ave-- Complaint states that there is septic tank overflow and feces all over the back yard. Arrived on site, fence gate of the house was closed. As I was standing outside the house, the owner Pedro Gonzales was driving by and stopped to talk to me. He told me that he owns the house by the complainant Jessica resides at the house (mentioned she does not pay rent and his wife is trying to get legal papers to evict her from the house). He opened the fenced gate for me and showed me around the yard. I did not observe any odor or sewage over flow. He showed me the septic tank and it was under concrete and did not seem to be overflowing. I took some pictures and left the site. I left a voice mail to Jessica (complainant) about arriving at the site for inspection. 07/23/2019 5224 Ardelle Ave-- I got a call from Juanita Gonzales 922-3117 (Pedro Gonzales's daughter). She asked me if I will be doing anything regarding the complaint. I told her that since I did not observe any violations there is not anyhing that I can do. I also got a call from the complainant Jessica (500-1182), she told me that she wanted me to come out to her house regarding complaint. I let her know that I did inspect on 5/22/19 and that I was accompanied by Pedro Gonzales. I let her know that I did not observe anything. She asked me to visit her house again becuase she does have sewage around her backyard. KAU R KAU R 07/23/2019 5224 Ardelle Ave--Arrived at the site, talked to Jessica and her mom, she told me KAU R that there is sewage discharge behind her bathroom, I observed a wooden board and a trash bag full of fire pit ash on the top. Jessica helped me move that heavy trash bag and when we tried to lift the wooden board. I observed flies, dry sewage and odor underneath the board. She also showed her bathroom right next to the clean out, the shower drain has dry black/brown material around it, there is sewage odor and flies around the area as well. 07/25/2019 Gave the Notice to abate to Tiffany to mail out as a certified mail. KAU R I also called Juanita (Pedro's daughter) to let her know that I will be sending a notice to abate based on my observations from the second inspection. 5105 rpt Page 1 of 4
