Spoke to Sukhreet briefly on what she'd observed. Agreed with her WONG <br />actions. Told her to follow up soon to prevent any surfacing sewer because <br />complainant's solution of bathing at her mother's house to avoid toilet overflowing <br />is not an option. <br />08/06/2019 I talked to Pedro Gonzales 298-7646 regarding the complaint and asking if he has KAU R <br />received the notice to abate. He mentioned that he did not have time to go check <br />hios P.O. box due to the issues that have been going on with house. I let him know <br />that he needs to choose one of the options from the notice to abate to fix the <br />issue. Either Pedro or his daughter will call me back with more information. <br />08/12/2019 Left voice mail to Jessica (complainant) and Juanita Gonzales, owner Pedro <br />Gonzales's daughter. Juanita called me back and told me that she thinks her <br />father haven't had a chance to check the P.O. box. I let her know that need to do it <br />as soon as possible in order to fix the issue with clean out. She told me that <br />Jessica had already contacted someone from a septic company to fix the issue. <br />09/05/2019 Called Jessica (complainant) (500-1162) but the call was rejected twice. Also <br />called the owner Pedro Gonzales and his daughter Juanita Gonzales (922-3117), <br />and left voicemails. Later, Juanita called me and told me that she is working on <br />getting the tennant Jessica evicted becuase she does not pay any rent. She <br />mentioned that Jessica sent a pictue of a receipt showing that septic system was <br />cleaned out. <br />09/05/2019 I drove by the address 5224 Ardelle Ave to see if I could get a hold of the <br />complainant, however, the fence was closed and there was a dog in the front yard <br />so I could not get inside and I did not see any cars, unsure if Jessica was home. <br />09/06/2019 Received a voicemail from Jessica,209-905-6038, She mentioned her number has <br />been changed. I gave her a call back. Scheduled to do a follow up inspection for <br />the complaint. Jessica told me that she is having same issues with the septic <br />system, it backs up in her bathroom. She mentioned that she called the septic <br />tank person from AAA Septics but he refused to come out to the location because <br />the owner does not want him to. Also called Mark from AAA Septic. He told me <br />that the owner does not want him on 5224 Ardelle to pump the septic tank. <br />KAU R <br />KAUR <br />KAU R <br />KAU R <br />09/09/2019 Talked to Jessica Alanzo (complainant and tennant at 5224 Ardelle) 209-905-6038 KAU R <br />She told me that she is unable to used her bathroom, her 4 year old daughter and <br />she walk to the corner store to use the restroom. Also mentioned that she is willing <br />to pay to get the septic tank pumped out but again the person from AAA Septics <br />was warned by the owners to not come on to the propoerty. I let her know that I <br />will be talking my lead senior about this situation and how to handle it with the <br />owners. Agreed to meet her at 12PM on 9/10/19 <br />09/09/2019 Talked to Jeff Wong, he suggested me to go out to the site again and have the <br /> KAUR <br />tennant turn on the water to verify if the sewage is backing up in the bathroom and <br />overflowing by the septic tank area. <br />5105.rpt <br /> Page 2 of 4
