Complaint Investigation Summary Report*: 5105 <br />COMPLAINT ID: C00050165 Site Location: 5224 ARDELLE AVE <br />Activity Summary <br />Activity Date Recorded by <br />09/10/2019 Called Juanita (Pedro's daughter), told her that we will be charging her for all the KAU R <br />time spent on the complaint. She told me that EHD is wasting her time and is not <br />doing anything about trash in her front yard. <br />I let her know that as of now my priority is for her to reolve the septic system <br />issues. Asked her about the notice to abate that I sent her, she mentioned that she <br />still has not been able to get time to get it from the P.O. box. <br />She kept saying that she is going to evict the tennat (Jessica) this week and does <br />not want fix the septic system becuase Jessica does not pay her any rent. I <br />reminded her that our department does not have anything to do with the eviction, I <br />am only trying to work on the complaint received by the department. Juanita also <br />mentioned that why is Jessica calling the EHD to get the septic system fixed and <br />not talk to he and her father(the owners) directly. <br />She will be meeting me at the propoerty at 12PM. <br />09/10/2019 5224 Ardelle Ave-- Met with the property owner Pedro Gonzales and his daughter KAUR <br />Juanita Gonzales front of the house. Went inside and knocked on the door for <br />Jessica (tenant and complainant). She did not answer, I called her cell phone and <br />left a voicemail. <br />Meanwhile, the owner, Pedro showed me the clean out area behind the bathroom. <br />He lifted the wooden board. Underneath the board, observed a puddle of sewage. <br />Took pictures. <br />Also took pictures of RV parked on site and connected to electrical system, <br />cooler/AC connected to the storage/garage area, trash in the yard and broken <br />windows. <br />When Jessica, came outside the house, she asked me where is the guy from AAA <br />Septic. i let her know that I do not have any authority to call him on site. She called <br />him and put him on speaker phone. Mark from AAA Septics mentioned that he got <br />a call from the owner of the house (a lady) and got warned to not to come onto the <br />property. However, Pedro Gonzales and his daughter claim that no one from there <br />family called him about anything. Pedro told him that he is owner of the house and <br />gives him permission to clean out the septic tank. Mark from AAA Septic asked <br />who will be paying for the job, Jessica (tenant) agreed to pay for the work that will <br />be done. Mark from AAA Septic talked to me got my name and phone number and <br />confirmed if Pedro Gonzales is the owner. I let him know we have Pedro as the <br />owner of the property in our record. <br />The septic tank will be pumped within 2-3 days. <br />I asked Jessica to give me a call when the septic tank is pumped so I can do a <br />follow up inspection. <br />09/10/2019 5224 Ardelle Ave-- Came back to the office printed out the photo log and <br />discussed it with Michael Kith. I told him that the tenant is going to pay to get the <br />septic tank pumped out. He suggested we should still send out the notice to abate <br />to the owners. <br />I also showed him the pictures of electrical connection to the RV, broken windows <br />and AC/cooler in the garage/storage area. He suggested me to talk to Melissa N. <br />I talked to Melissa and she asked me to fill out the complaint form so we can <br />generate a complaint.
