Met with Mike, Garrett, Jason, Fire <br />Inspector Josh Elliott from the Lathrop Manteca CA Fire District, and several <br />members of the San Joaquin County Sheriffs Department. <br />-Observed significant solid waste throughout the site including garbage, tires <br />(approximately 100+), mattresses and treated wood. Some wood waste and other <br />solid waste are partially buried. A Caterpillar 930 wheel loader and an <br />eight-wheeled Steiger Wildcat II tractor were onsite. Areas of soil disturbance <br />throughout the property. At the rear of the parcel, there is a large number of <br />cement blocks and two silage pits. Significant solid waste has been dumped in <br />the silage pits. <br />-Further details are available in the Notice to Abate and photo log of this date. <br />19051 S. Sent by regular and <br />certified mail; Certified Mail Log #7018 0680 0000 3366 6356. <br />Called and spoke with Josh Elliot, Fire Inspector for Lathrop Manteca Fire District <br />(209) 941-5106, regarding the complaint. Inspector Elliott provided contact <br />information for authorized party Larry Dargitz, (209) 430-5337 <br />larrydargitz@gmail.com. Inspector Elliott stated that Mr. Dargitz has power of <br />attorney for the property owner that recently had a stroke. Inspector Elliott <br />suggested that any correspondence sent to the property owner also be set to Mr. <br />Dargitz. <br />-Inspector Elliott also provide contact information for a tenant onsite named <br />Patricia, (209) 624-9994, with whom he has had contact regarding getting the red <br />tags removed from the structures. <br />Draft Notice to Abate.
