Complaint Investigation Summary <br /> Report #: 5105 <br />COMPLAINT ID: C00052472 Site Location: 4118 E SECTION AVE <br />Activity Summary <br />Activity Date Recorded by <br />09/02/2020 4118 E Section Ave., Stockton - Complaint reinspection. Reinspection was SINGH <br />conducted with EHS Trainee, Carol Presto. We met with a tenant, Maureen. <br />Maureen mentioned that she assists in managing the property and she is in the <br />process of cleaning the property. The trash bags with solid waste was not <br />observed near the eastern fence and between the front unit and the western <br />fence. The following was observed at the property: <br />a pond like structure located north of the front unit consisted of green standing <br />water <br />a rolling cart located next to the storage unit contained solid waste <br />- a utility trailer containing solid waste was observed on the southern portion of the <br />property <br />Maureen stated she will have the property cleaned and will send pictures and a <br />disposal receipt to the EHD. The waste tires will be taken to a automotive <br />dismantler that is nearby, according to Maureen. <br />09/02/2020 Created a photolog. SINGH <br />09/03/2020 Called Faisal at 925-639-0452, left a message on his voicemail. Received a call <br />from Faisal. I updated Faisal on the current condition of the property and I <br />informed him of the corrective actions that are required. He stated he will have the <br />solid waste and tires removed from the property and then submit receipts and <br />pictures to the EHD. I also informed Faisal that I noticed a burn pile during the <br />inspection, he stated he will look into it. <br />Completed an Official Inspection Report. <br />SINGH <br />09/04/2020 Revised inspection report. Referred the pond like structure to the SJC Mosquito SINGH <br />Abatement Program. <br />09/10/2020 Called Faisal at 925-639-0452 for an update on the property. He stated the clean SINGH <br />up is complete. I informed Faisal that I have not received photographic evidence <br />that the property has been cleaned and the tires disposed of. He stated he will <br />email the pictures and receipt tomorrow. <br />09/14/2020 Received a call from the property owner, Mustafa D. (650-431-9310), he stated he SINGH <br />received the NTA. He also mentioned Faisal's wife Nisha is taking care of the <br />property. He wants EHD to contact Nisha for updates, but he did not provide <br />contact information for her. <br />09/17/2020 Received certified mail receipt, updated file. SINGH <br />09/22/2020 Reviewed complaint. SINGH <br />09/30/2020 4118 E Section Ave., Stockton - Reinspection. The reinspection was conducted SINGH <br />with EHS, Pinne C. Observed garbage outside of garbage bins (eastern fence), <br />accumulation of garbage between the front unit and the western fence and <br />garbage accumulated in trash bags in front of unit 118. The rolling cart located <br />outside of storage unit contained solid waste. The tires were moved to the shed. <br />The utility cart that previously contained solid waste and tires was not observed. <br />The pond like structure in front of the building was drained and slightly filled with <br />soil. <br />5105. rpt <br />Page 2 of 5
