Review by the Community Development Department is limited to General Plan conformity and participation in Areas of Benefit and Community Facilities District 90-1. The following information is provided as result of that review: Community Development Department The Community Development Department has determined the site does conform to the City of Stockton's General Plan. The property owner shall sign a Conditional Utility Service Agreement for future annexation to the City of Stockton on demand by the City. The subject properties are within Areas of Benefit No's. 90 and 97. The property owner should be aware that these AOB tees (currently about $279,584) are due and payable to the City of Stockton prior to the issuance of any building permit and shall be adjusted by the ENR Index at the time of payment.
