The point of connection would be the existing 16-inch diameter main in Lower Sacramento Road. Municipal Utilities Department— Storm Sewer The subject parcel is currently not served by storm sewer. The point of connection would be the existing 42-inch diameter storm drain in Grider Way. Local Agency Formation Commission of San Joaquin County All applications outside the City's jurisdictional boundaries are subject to Local Agency Formation Commission of San Joaquin County (LAFCO) review, fees, and approval. LAFCO approval is required prior to the City of Stockton approval. Other Comments The ownerldeveloper shall be responsible for all costs involved in the design and extension of all sewer, water mains and laterals to serve this project in accordance with City standards, including permit acquisition. All connections to City maintained utilities require an encroachment permit from the City's Public Works Department. Because the project located in a County area, County permits for work done in the street right-of-way will be required. Existing septic systems and water wells shall be abandoned in compliance with San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department requirements. Upon payment of all appropriate fees and charges, completion of any required General Plan Amendment, and approval and construction of all required utilities including master planned improvements, the City of Stockton can provide sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water services to the subject property. All necessary permits must be obtained before connection to City utilities is allowed.
