V. The site consists of two (2) parcels that are currently vacant, <br />however, the site is surrounded by development such as streets, sidewalks, and public water and sewer infrastructure. <br />There may be historical or historically significant resources on the project site. No commercial development is proposed <br />with this application. As a result, no impact on cultural resources is anticipated. However, should human remains be <br />discovered during any subsequent commercial ground disturbing activities, all work shall stop immediately in the vicinity <br />(e.g. 100 feet) of the finds until they can be verified. The County coroner shall be immediately contacted in accordance <br />with Health and Safety Code section 7050.5(b).
