Impact Discussion: <br />a -b) The General Plan Map Amendment and Zone Reclassification applications, will not result in the loss of availability <br />of a known mineral resource or a resource recovery site because the site does not contain minerals of <br />significance or known mineral resources. The project site in Stockton has been designated as an MRZ-1 mineral <br />resource zone. The 2035 General Plan Volume II, Chapter 10 -Mineral Resources, Table 10-7, defines MRZ-1 as <br />"Areas where adequate information indicates that no significant mineral deposits are present, or where it is judged <br />that little likelihood exists for their presence."
