The database can be searched by reviewing two lists, the <br /> Permitted Underground Storage Tank (UST) Sites list and the Cleanup Sites list. <br /> DTSC's EnviroStor database includes Federal Superfund sites, State response <br /> sites, voluntary cleanup sites, school cleanup sites, corrective action sites, and <br /> permitted hazardous waste facilities. <br /> Live Oak searched both databases on May 13, 2020 for any listed sites within <br /> one-quarter mile of the Site. The subject Site was not listed on either database, <br /> and no listed facilities were identified within one-quarter mile. <br /> 7.2 Environmental Health Department Databases <br /> Live Oak reviewed the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> Cleanup, Hazardous Materials, Hazardous Waste Generators, Underground <br /> Storage Tanks, Aboveground Storage Tanks, and Complaints databases, dated <br /> July 2020, for facilities of concern within one-quarter mile of the Site. The subject <br /> Site was not included on any database. Two listed sites were identified within the <br /> search radius: <br /> • Four R Farms, 7569 Roberts Rd., adjacent to the northwest, Hazardous <br /> Materials and Hazardous Waste Generators lists. According to <br /> information on file at the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department, this facility received a violation notice in 2019 for failing to <br /> provide complete paperwork. Another violation from the same year <br /> identified failure to properly label hazardous waste. An Agricultural <br /> Hazardous Materials Inventory from 2011 listed diesel, gasoline, oil, <br /> diphacinone, paraquat,and waste oil stored on the property. A small <br /> quantity hazardous waste generator permit from 2014 was on file. An <br /> Aboveground Storage Tank Facility inventory form from 2009 listed seven <br /> fuel tanks, ranging in size from 250 to 500 gallons. <br /> • Peter Ohm, 3400 W. Howard Rd., adjacent to the west, Hazardous <br /> Materials list. No records related to this listing were on file at the San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (correspondence, April <br /> 8, 2020). <br /> Live Oak searched the San Joaquin County Haz Mat Viewer on April 10, 2020 for <br /> the Site and any nearby facilities with hazardous materials inventories. The Site <br /> was not marked as a hazardous materials facility. Two such facilities were <br /> identified within one-quarter mile of the Site: <br /> • 7569 Roberts Rd., adjacent to the northwest, discussed above. <br /> • 7067 S. Wolfe Rd., adjacent to the east, across the San Joaquin River. <br /> According to information on file at the San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> Health Department, this facility appears to be a natural gas well; <br /> lubricating oil, oil mixtures, foaming agent, methanol, oxyklated <br /> LOGE 20-16 7 <br />
