USAGE <br /> There is currently no septic system at the subject property. The proposed septic system <br /> is planned to be installed in the north-central area of the subject property (Figure 2). The <br /> proposed septic system will consist, at a minimum, of a 1,600-gallon septic tank with two <br /> compartments and three 80-foot leach lines. The septic system will be connected to the <br /> four-bedroom home planned to be developed on the property and will be utilized 365 days <br /> a year. <br /> 3.1. EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> There is currently no septic system at the subject property. <br /> 3.2. SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> There are no septic or liquid wastewater permits on file for 10124 South Priest Road at <br /> the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br /> 3.3. ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK REPAIR HISTORY <br /> There are no septic or liquid wastewater repair permits on file at the EHD. <br /> 3.4. EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USAGE IN THE GENERAL AREA <br /> Neighboring properties are zoned for residential and agricultural land use. Several liquid <br /> waste permits are on record at the EHD for installation of septic systems surrounding the <br /> subject property. <br /> 3.5. GENERAL AREA SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> The following is a summary of information based on new septic system installation permits <br /> currently on file with EHD. <br /> ADDRESS: 541 East Galin Road <br /> LOCATION: Approximately 350 feet to south <br /> SEPTIC SYSTEM: 1) Permit date August 1954; new installation of septic system: 800- <br /> gallon tank with two compartments, distribution box (D-Box), and two 50-foot-long leach <br /> lines; 2) Permit date September 1995; new installation of septic system: 1,600-gallon tank <br /> with two compartments, distribution box (D-Box), and three 80-foot-long leach lines. <br />
