DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The proposed development will include the addition of a four-bedroom home and a septic <br /> system. The proposed septic system will be located in the north-central portion of the <br /> property, to the north-northeast of the proposed home and will be connected to the <br /> residence. The planned locations of the residence and new septic system are depicted in <br /> Figure 2. No additional development is proposed for the property. <br /> 1.3. PARCEL VICINITY LOCATION MAP <br /> San Joaquin County Assessor's Map Book 193 Page 22 depicts the site parcel (APN 193- <br /> 220-67)on the southeast portion of the page. The parcel is bordered to the west by South <br /> Priest Road followed by agricultural property (193-220-19), and to the east, north, and <br /> south by vacant property (193-220-65, -66, and -68). The parcel vicinity map and a <br /> satellite overview map are included in Appendix A. <br /> 1.4. SITE MAP <br /> A plan of the specific site features (i.e., structures, drives, wells, septic systems, large <br /> trees, pastures, etc.) is illustrated in Figure 2. <br /> 2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE <br /> The subject property is currently vacant with no structures. One domestic water well is <br /> located along the western property boundary. <br /> According to the current property owner, a small barn and corral were previously located <br /> at the property and have been recently demolished. The site was historically used for <br /> grazing and light agriculture. The property is situated in the southeastern area of French <br /> Camp, California. <br /> 2.1 POTENTIAL SITE PROBLEM ASSESSMENT <br /> Water supply for the property will be provided either by a new well or by the existing onsite <br /> water well if it is determined to be acceptable for residential use. The proposed septic <br /> system area will be a minimum of 100 feet away from the existing onsite water well or any <br /> planned water well at the property (Figure 2). The development of a residence and new <br /> septic system will not affect water being supplied to the property. <br />
