Atwater heater with a minimum capacity of 4 gallons (114325(b)) shall be provided. <br /> 2. Refrigerator units must be mechanical unit that uses a compressor, flame, or thermoelectric <br /> device, and includes a mechanical thermostatic control that regulates refrigerated blown air <br /> into an enclosed food storage area. Compressor units that are not an integral part of food equipment, auxiliary engines, <br /> generators, and similar equipment, must be installed in an area completely separated from <br /> food preparation and food storage while accessible from outside.
