Engineered Septic System Report 1rerracon <br /> Jeremy Winery Property Lodi, California <br /> October 1, 2020 Terracon Project No. NA197008 <br /> Item Description <br /> The site consists of an approximately 16.41-acre tract of land located at <br /> 12080 E. Acampo Road, Lodi, California, San Joaquin County, <br /> Existing site features California, Assessor Parcel Number (APN) 017-270-12. The northern <br /> portion of the site is improved with a grape vineyard and the southern <br /> portion of the site consists of vacant land covered with seasonal <br /> grasses. <br /> Existing topography The site slopes to the west-south west. <br /> 3.0 SUBSURFACE CONDITIONS <br /> 3.1 Typical Profile <br /> Per the nitrate loading/soil suitability study, three borings were excavated. Two of them (B1 and <br /> 62) were excavated to a depth of 3.5 feet bgs. One of them (B3) was excavated to a depth of 25 <br /> feet bgs. Based on the results of the borings, subsurface conditions at the boring locations <br /> generally consisted of sandy silt to a depth of approximately 15 feet bgs and silty sand to a depth <br /> of 25 feet bgs.
