(113969, 113971) <br /> #30 Food Storage/Display Properly Labeled <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed a box of paper sandwich wrappers stored on the floor. <br /> Observed containers of crushed graham crackers stored on the floor. <br /> Observed boxes of food stored on the floor of the walk-in freezer. <br /> Store these items a minimum of 6"off of the floor. <br /> Observed opened bulk bags of rice and beans stored on the food storage rack near the walk-in. <br /> Store opened food items in seal able labeled containers. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br /> above the floor on approved shelving.
