This project consists of a One -Year Time EMension <br />application for a previously approved Sita Approval Application to expand an existing agricultural proc¢ssing facility in 2 <br />phases. Phase 1 is the construction of a 24,000 square foot storage building. Phase 2, over 10 years, includ¢s the <br />construction of 2 additional 24,000 square foot storage buildings. This parcel Is serviced by on-site services and utilizes <br />an existing storm pond for storm drainag¢. This parcel is accessed from the north side of E. Kettleman Lane, 1,000 f¢ef <br />west of N. Curly Avenue. The project is located on the north side of Kattlaman Lana, 1,000 feet west of Curry Avenue, <br />Lodi. 6041 E. Ket[leman Lana, Lodi. <br />San Joaquin County is a signatory fo San Joaquin County Multi-Speci¢s Habitat Conservation and Opan Spaces Plan <br />(SJMSCP). Participation in th¢ SJMSCP satisfies requirements of both the state antl fetlaral antlangerad species acts, <br />and ensures that th¢ impacts are mitigated below a laves of significance in compliance with the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEOA). The LOCAL JURISDICTION retains responsibility for ¢nsuring that the appropriate Incden[ai Takes <br />Minimization Measure era properly implemented and monitoratl antl that appropriate fees era paid in compliance with the <br />SJMSCP. Although participation in the SJMSCP is voluntary, Local Jurisdiction/Laatl Agencies should be aware that if <br />project applicants choose against participating in the SJMSCP, they will be required [o provitle alternative mitigation in an <br />amount and kind equal to that provitl¢d in the SJMSCP. <br />Thls proJac[ !s subf¢ct to [he SJMSCP and is located within the unmapped land use area. Par requirements of the <br />SJMSCP, unmapped projects era subject to case-by-case review. This can be a 90 tlay process and it is recommended <br />that the project applicant contact SJMSCP staff as early as possibl¢. If ITMMS ere not signed within aiz months, the epphcant <br />reapply 4 SIMSCP Coverage. Upon receipt of signed ITMMS from pr jec[ applieanS SSCOG, Inc, staff will sign the ITMMS.
