In accordance with that a9reemant, the <br />Applicant has agreed to: <br />1) SJMSCP Incitlental Take Minimization Measures and mitigation requirement: <br />1. Incidnnxal Take Min zarion Measures (ITMMs) will be ued to the project and must be signed by the <br />pr jeer applicant pri rtto any gro and disturbance but no la[m then s x (6) months from r eipt ofthe ITMMs. <br />If ITMMs not signed within s on[hs, [he applicant must reapply for SJMSCP Coverage.
