According to the records,the greenwaste pile was monitored for temperature on 3/5/15 and then <br /> on 3/10/15. No temperatures were taken between those dates. <br /> A. Per permit condition 16(m), all feedstock piles must be monitored for temperature prior to being incorporated <br /> into windrows. <br /> B. Ensure that the feedstock piles are continuously monitored for temperature. <br /> 2. During the inspection, Frewert Road was washed down with a water truck. There was little track-out mud in <br /> front of the facility along Frewert Road. <br /> A. Facility must begin the process of implementing preventative measures that would inhibit track-out mud from <br /> getting on Frewert Road. <br /> B. An Area of Concern for this issue will continue until the facility can provide evidence that the process of <br /> implementing preventative measures has begun. <br />
