Routine monthly inspection conducted on this date and the following was noted: <br /> 1. There was no separation between the incoming greenwaste material and the stockpiled greenwaste material. <br /> Facility was reminded that there needs to be separation between these materials. An Area of Concern will <br /> be issued if this continues. <br /> 2. There was a waste tire in the Waste Management disposal bin. Facility was instructed to remove the tire <br /> from the bin and keep on site until a registered waste tire hauler removes the tire(facility uses Brannon <br /> and Les Schwab for tire service on site). Facility did remove the tire from the bin. <br /> 3. The pile of compost with glass has been reprocessed. <br /> 4. Facility is awaiting the test results of the compost product. <br /> 5. All records were available for review. <br /> 6. No offsite litter observed. <br /> 7. The odor and fly population was light. <br /> 8. Dust was minimal. The water truck was observed on site. <br /> 9. The temperature range of the greenwaste and ground material was 80 F to 84 F and 74 F to 154 F <br /> respectively. The temperature range of the windrows was 114 F to 134 F. The temperature range of the <br /> pre-screened product and the screened product was 88 F to 104 F and 94 F to 95 F respectively. The <br /> temperature of the overs and hogfuel was 95 F and 96 F respectively. <br />
