Right-of-Entry EI Dorado Auto, 2070 S EI Dorado Street, Stockton, San Joaquin County, California 95206 Underground Storage Tank Site Survey The California state Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA) have notified Margaret Quiroga (hereinafter "Owner"), the owners of the property at 2070 S EI Dorado Street,Stockton, San Joaquin County, California 95206,APN: 167-050-01 (the "Property"), of their need for the right of access under, over and across the Property for the purpose of performing an Underground Storage Tank (UST) Site Survey. "UST Site Survey" shall mean all actions necessary to investigate the condition of the UST at the Property and to ensure that any UST at the Property does not pose a threat to the environment. These actions shall include, but are not limited to, conducting geophysical surveys and tank gauging, removing and analyzing contents of the USTs, sealing the tanks, and assessing the condition of the Property through the collection of soil and groundwater samples. Owner for the Property hereby grants and extends to the State Water Board, U.S. EPA, and their agents, employees, contractors and authorized representatives, the right of access under, over, and across the Property for the purpose of performing said UST Site Survey. Owner, and his heirs, assigns, personal representatives and/or estate understand that the State Water Board, and U.S. EPA may, for whatever reason, including lack of available funds, discontinue the UST Site Survey at any time. This right of entry shall terminate two years from the effective date of this Right-of-Entry or when the UST Site Survey is completed or discontinued, whichever is sooner.
