The sign shall also <br />include an emergency telephone number [Title 14, <br />California Code of Regulations (14 CCR), Section <br />177671. <br />2. Indicate in the closure plan when the final cover will <br />be added to the landfill (14 CCR 17773). <br />3. Indicate in the closure plan that the depth of the gas <br />well bore shall equal the depth of refuse as measured <br />within 1,000 feet of the monitoring point [14 CCR <br />17783.5 (c) (1) ] . <br />4. The landfill gas monitoring results should also include <br />item number 1 and 2 specified in 14 CCR 17783(a). <br />S. Indicate in the closure plan whether the perimeter <br />ditch is already in place to accept runoff water from <br />the drainage basin. <br />6. Sheet 3 of the engineered drawing indicates that the <br />spacing between GW -1 and GW -2, GW -2 and GW -3, and GW -3 <br />and GW -4 exceed 1,000 feet. This is not in compliance <br />with 14 CCR 17783.5(b)(1). <br />7. Include in the construction quality assurance plan that <br />a final documentation report will be compiled and <br />submitted to the LEA and the Board at the completion of <br />the project [14 CCR 17774(d) (3) and (4) ] . <br />8. The cost for drainage system installation indicated on <br />page 20 differs from that on page 22 of the final <br />closure plan (page 20 shows $9,000 and page 22 shows <br />$30,800). <br />9. Postclosure Maintenance Plan - Any future plans for <br />reduction of landfill gas monitoring frequency during <br />the closure and postclosure maintenance period shall be <br />approved by the LEA and the Board (14 CCR 17783.17). <br />QX0�9gI WK6 U r <br />1. Owners/operators of landfills that receive waste after <br />the effective date of Subtitle D will be required to do <br />the following: <br />A. Begin closure activities no later than 30 days <br />after the date a landfill unit receives the known <br />final receipt of wastes [Title 40, Code of Federal <br />Regulations (40 CFR), Section 258.60(f)]; and <br />
