The draft permit conditions an <br />April/89 WDR. Please clarify. <br />2. General Information, Property Description, Page 5. The site <br />is described as encompassing 42.75 acres. The draft permit <br />specifies 58.7 acres. Please clarify. <br />3. General Information, Site operator, Page 5. This section <br />identifies the City of Tracy as being the operator. The operator <br />in the draft permit is identified as San Joaquin County. Please <br />clarify. <br />4. Section XV, Management organization of Site operator. <br />Include names and phone numbers of management contacts in case of <br />emergencies. <br />The following comments follow the order of the 1989 Permit Desk <br />Manual. Even.though the RFI was prepared prior to this edition <br />of the permit desk manual, there are elements that need to be <br />included to reflect current requirements.
