LINDSAY <br /> Complainant stated that the back screen is broken and causing spiders and bugs <br /> to come inside. The fence is broken around the house and he is worried his dogs <br /> will get out. Rain gutters are broken and hood range doesn't work. He said he <br /> contacted the property manager to fix the problems and they stated they will not. <br /> He pays rent and is upset they won't get things fixed. He said the owner died in <br /> December and maybe that is why nothing is getting fixed but its getting bad. <br /> We scheduled a complaint investigation for Monday 6/15 at 9 am <br /> 06/15/2020 Printed parcel viewer and permits plus LINDSAY <br /> 06/15/2020 Complaint Investigation. LINDSAY <br /> Met with complainant and he walked me through the issues of his side of the <br /> duplex. <br /> Observed front door having a huge space between the door and the floor. Took a <br /> photo. He stated that he gets bugs coming in and it is hard to keep the <br /> temperature consistent in the home. Observed vent above kitchen to have some <br /> issues. It seems to have a short circuit. Low vent would not work, then he switched <br /> it to high, then low would work, also lights on vent do not function properly. <br /> Back door of duplex has same issues as front door with gap between door and <br /> floor. In backyard observed gutters coming off of the house and fence surrounding <br /> property to be loose. <br /> Filled out and completed a Notice to Abate for the duplex with the minor violations <br /> observed. Gave owner 30 days, till July 15th 2020 to resolve the issues <br /> 06/15/2020 Created and printed photo log for OIR.
