LINDSAY <br /> Printed parcel viewer and checked permits plus. <br /> Attached to file. <br /> 11/03/2020 Complainant called Omran. Omran discussed with me afterwards. Complainant SANGALANG <br /> asked that I call back. I called back. Someone answered, I asked to speak with <br /> complainant but they hung up. Discussed with Ciera. She will follow up with <br /> complainant. <br /> 11/05/2020 Called complainant and discussed when I would be going out to this complaint. LINDSAY <br /> Informed her next week I could go out. <br /> Asked if she had any other information to give me. She informed me of her <br /> concerns, what she would like me to look at, and how bad the condition of the <br /> property is. She also informed me that sheriffs were out at the property a few days <br /> ago. I asked if she heard what happened but she did not have much info as she <br /> drove by. I let her know I might bring a deputy or associate out with me for safety <br /> concerns. I told her I would give her a call after I have gone out. <br /> 11/10/2020 Complaint Investigation with Michael S. LINDSAY <br /> Observed modular homes throughout property. Homes are dilapidated but per <br /> complaint I was unsure which structure. We went to the bait and tackle shop to <br /> discuss complaint with the person working there. They informed us that the owner <br /> of the bar stays in the bar and can help us. We went next door to the bar and <br /> talked to a man. Informed him of the alleged complaint and asked to see the <br /> studio in the back of the bar. He gave us access. Inside the studio of the bar it was <br /> unsanitary, dilapidated, and in need of maintenance. No one was living there at <br /> this time. Cats feces were everywhere, mold, rust, floors were uneven, paint <br /> chipping, and kitchen was in despair. Informed bar owner we would be asking the <br /> owner to clean it up before allowing someone to occupy it. Posted studio with a <br /> Notice to Abate asking for permits to be pulled to repair flooring, and renovation to <br /> be completed before another person occupies studio. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 1 of <br />
