Printed two copies of photo <br /> log, one to mail to owner and one to be attached to complaint. <br /> Put on Scotts desk for review. <br /> 11/16/2020 MAILED REGULAR NOTICE TO ABATE WITH PHOTO LOG DATED 11/10/2020 BALLWAHN <br /> TO PROPERTY OWNER. <br /> GIANFRANCO & ROSEMARY CORTI <br /> ATTN: CHRISTINA <br /> 909 EMERALD AVE <br /> SAN LEANDRO CA 94577 <br /> 11/17/2020 Owner came to the counter to discuss building permit for flooring. Owner stated LINDSAY <br /> the building department wants plans and drawings of where things are on the <br /> property. I let her know that since she is working with the building department we <br /> could write out a compliance schedule to give her time to get the plans done for <br /> the permit and begin work. Then briefly discussed the studio, she had some legal <br /> questions, I advised her to talk to a lawyer. I let her know I would email her a <br /> compliance schedule in the upcoming days. <br /> 12/21/2020 Wrote out a compliance schedule to complete flooring throughout bar and possible LINDSAY <br /> apartment. Wrote for the finalized permit to be completed on 6/01/2021. <br /> Scanned to email. Wrote out email to owner's daughter, Cristina and attached <br /> compliance schedule. Informed him I needed one returned and signed. <br /> Put blank compliance schedule in the file. <br /> 01/26/2021 Recommend to abate complaint as office response only. Received signed LINDSAY <br /> compliance schedule and permit to repair foundation and flooring in the bar is <br /> pulled. Attached permit information to complaint. Filled out complaint form and <br /> printed 5105. Gave to Scott to review. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 2 of 2 <br />
