I did not see SUSZYCKI <br /> any recent permits taken out. <br /> Printed out a satellite image of the parcel using Parcel Viewer. <br /> 12/23/2020 Visited the property for a complaint of people living in a shed. When I arrived I saw SUSZYCKI <br /> the shed but was unable to accertain if it was being used a dwelling. <br /> I then knocked on the front door of the single family dwelling and spoke to a <br /> resident there. The resident spoke limited English but said that no one lives in the <br /> shed. <br /> 12/23/2020 The resident of the single family dwelling called and spoke to Vidal. Vidal told me SUSZYCKI <br /> that he explained how no one can live in the shed unless they get it permitted. The <br /> resident also stated that the home does not have an approved heat source at the <br /> moment and the owner does not want to fix it. <br /> I will attempt another visit in the future with a Spanish translator. <br /> 12/28/2020 Visited the property again and brought Aldara with me to translate. We spoke to SUSZYCKI <br /> the woman that lived in the home. She stated that her sister is the primary tenant <br /> and gave us her number so that we could contact the owner. The woman in the <br /> home confirmed that the home does not have a working approved heat source as <br /> the wall heater is not functioning. We asked if she had hot water and electricity <br /> and she said yes. <br /> We also talked to two men that came out of the shed. They stated that no one <br /> lives inside of it but they just hang out in it. There were extension cords running <br /> into it and a propane powered space heater next to the door. We asked if we <br /> could take a look inside and I saw a couch, a bed, and three more men. <br /> I posted the single family dwelling and the shed with a Notice to Abate to fix the <br /> heater and vacate the shed in 10 days. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 1 of 2 <br />
