Printed the logs and attached them to the complaint. <br /> Turned the complaint in for review. <br /> 12/30/2020 MAILED REGULAR NOTICE TO ABATE (x2) WITH PHOTO LOGS DATED BALLWAHN <br /> 12/28/2020 TO PROPERTY OWNER. <br /> ESEQUIEL L LOZA <br /> 26152 N H WY 99 <br /> ACAMPO CA 95220 <br /> 01/19/2021 Visited the property for a status check. The mattress had been removed from the SUSZYCKI <br /> shed and the extension cords disconnected. I spoke to the tenant in the home and <br /> she told me that PG&E said that the heater needed to be repaired. The tenant <br /> then stated that the owner is having some one come by to fix the heater today. I <br /> told her to tell the owner to let me know what the heater is fixed so I can close the <br /> complaint. <br /> 01/26/2021 Visited the property for a status check. The tenant let me in and showed me that SUSZYCKI <br /> the heater is now working. The shed is still vacant and I asked the tenant if any <br /> one had been back in there and she said no. <br /> 01/28/2021 Used the pictures taken during my status check inspection to create a SUSZYCKI <br /> photographic log. Printed the log and attached it to the file. <br /> Created an Official Inspection Report stating that all of the violations had been <br /> corrected. <br /> Abated the complaint and turned it in for review. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 2 of 2 <br />
