Chapter 18 of the California Building Code at the time of permit application . A fee is required for the Site Plan review . ( Development Title Section 9 .408 . 140 ) c . CAPITAL FACILITY FEE : This project may be subject to the Capital Facility Fee . PARKING : Off- street parking shall be provided and comply with the following . 1 .
