Repair or replace the tiles to ensure proper compliance with the flooring regulations. <br /> Correct within 30 days. <br /> Observed a small area above the two-compartment sink of the meat department with paint chipping and the dry wall <br /> underneath being exposed. Repair, paint or provide a suitable material to place on the wall to ensure a cleanable surface is <br /> present above the two-compartment sink. Correct within 14 days. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth,durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
