stated to have no knowledge of a complaint of this nature being made but insisted I conducted my inspection.The store <br /> director stated that all food items are brought from the same distributor except produce which now comes from UNFI <br /> distribution.According to the store director, no associates have left due to feeling ill, have claimed of being ill and have not left <br /> the state or county to the knowledge of the store director. The hand washing stations in the kitchen are fully stocked and <br /> functioning properly. The chorizo that is used for the burrito is made on site in the kitchen and not the same chorizo that is <br /> produced by the meat department on site.The food is prepared on site daily, or the night before the day of use, and all food <br /> left out on the steam table is no longer stored after the end of the operational day.While on site, observed no tampering or <br /> mishandling of the food items or food prepared on site.The prep cooler at the steam table line is currently not operating <br /> properly, all potentially hazardous food items were placed into ice baths until repairs can be made.
