These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1) A qualified environmental professional shall prepare a surface and subsurface contamination <br /> report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by <br /> past or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of <br /> hazardous materials, including agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point <br /> sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. The report <br /> shall be submitted to the Environmental Health Department at time of submittal of a tentative <br /> map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905.12). <br /> Note: EHD has received Phase I Environmental Site Assessment report dated December 14, <br /> and will require a limited sampling of the surface soil of the subject property to analyze the <br /> presence of residual pesticides prior to recordation of final map. Please refer to EHD <br /> response letter to Phase I Environmental Site Assessment dated April 7, 2021. <br /> 2) Prior to the issuance of any building permits, sewer facilities shall either be bonded for or be <br /> in place, as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1100.3(d)). <br /> Note: A will-serve letter from the City of Stockton for sewer service provisions has been <br /> received. <br /> 3) This project shall be provided with public water service at the time of Final Map recordation. <br /> A letter shall be submitted from the purveyor stating that these services either are bonded <br /> for or are in place, prior to final approval (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1120.2). <br /> Note:A will-serve letter from California Water Service for water provisions has been received. <br /> 1868 E.
