When a repair or replacement is needed connection to public <br /> services is required. (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1120.2, 9-1105.2). <br /> 5) The existing private water well located on the existing homesite shall be tested for the <br /> chemical Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a State- <br /> approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> 6) Destroy the abandoned agricultural well located in the open field under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Department as required by San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1115.5(e). <br /> 7) Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br />
