See official inspection report. ACEVEDO <br />LIC# 4Y93871 - Mobile food unit is located on 1331 S. Wilson Way in Stockton, <br />CA 95205. <br />Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager on site in regards to the complaint. The <br />manager stated they were made aware of the complaint after a call was received <br />from a customer stating they felt ill after eating food from the facility. The manager <br />stated that the customer was asked to return or describe what they ate, which they <br />did not, and only asked for the insurance of the operator. The manager stated that <br />the most ordered item from the facility is a burrito with diced steak and continued <br />to inform me that no one on site has been ill, has left the state, work multiple jobs <br />or any changes have been in regards to the food distributor. Multiple temperatures <br />were taken, all which are within the proper compliance range and observed no <br />improper food handling occurring while on site. <br />Unable to verify alleged complaint at this time. <br />Official inspection report emailed. <br />Official inspection report discussed with Alejandro Estrella, signature not obtained <br />at this time. <br />5105. rpt Page 1 of 1
