COMPLAINANT ATE HIS. COMPLAINANTS GIRLFRIEND TOOK ONE <br />BITE AND SAID SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH IT AND SHE DID NOT FINISH IT. CUSTOMER DID NOT PROVIDE <br />EMPLOYEE WITH DETAILS ON WHAT TYPE OF BURRITO THEY ORDERED AND WHAT TIME. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Wilson Way in Stockton, CA 95205. <br />Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager on site in regards to the complaint. The manager stated they were made aware of the <br />complaint after a call was received from a customer stating they felt ill after eating food from the facility. The manager stated <br />that the customer was asked to return or describe what they ate, which they did not, and only asked for the insurance of the <br />operator. The manager stated that the most ordered item from the facility is a burrito with diced steak and continued to inform <br />me that no one on site has been ill, has left the state, work multiple jobs or any changes have been in regards to the food <br />distributor.
