December 14, 2020 <br />Project No. 20-6235 <br />Page 18 <br />AdvancedGeo <br />An Employee-Owned Company <br />=a, <br />Owner-privileged (non-public) San Joaquin County Assessor's records were not <br />reviewed during the course of this Phase I. The property owner's permission <br />could not be obtained within the time frame of this assessment. AGI does not <br />consider this data gap significant. <br />No person with knowledge of the subject property was made available for <br />interview or to fill out a questionnaire. AGI does not consider this data gap <br />significant. <br />8.2. FINDINGS <br />Based on the standards set by ASTM Practice E1527-13, the following findings are <br />differentiated below as Business Environmental Risk (including the presence of <br />asbestos-containing materials, lead-based paint, mold or moisture conditions, or <br />non-hazardous regulated materials may constitute a Business Environmental Risk), de <br />minimis conditions unlikely to be subject to government enforcement, HRECs, CRECs <br />and RECs, as defined in Section 1.1. of this report. <br />8.2.1. Business Environmental Risk <br />This assessment has revealed no evidence of potential Business Environmental Risks <br />in connection with the subject property. <br />8.2.2. De Minimis Conditions <br />This assessment revealed no evidence of potential or de minimis conditions in <br />connection with the subject property. <br />8.2.3. Historical Recognized Environmental Conditions <br />This assessment has revealed no evidence of HRECs in connection with the subject <br />property. <br />8.2.4. Controlled Recognized Environmental Conditions <br />This assessment has revealed no evidence of CRECs in connection with the subject <br />property. <br />8.2.5. Recognized Environmental Conditions <br />This assessment has revealed no evidence of RECs in connection with the subject <br />property. <br />8.2.6 Other Potential Environmental Issues <br />This assessment has revealed no evidence of other potential environmental issues in <br />connection with the subject property, except for potential residual pesticide in the soil <br />due to the property's agricultural use from at least 1937 to the early 2000's.
