Business Environmental Risk <br />This assessment has revealed no evidence of potential Business Environmental Risks <br />in connection with the subject property. <br />8.2.2. De Minimis Conditions <br />This assessment revealed no evidence of potential or de minimis conditions in <br />connection with the subject property. <br />8.2.3. Historical Recognized Environmental Conditions <br />This assessment has revealed no evidence of HRECs in connection with the subject <br />property. <br />8.2.4. Controlled Recognized Environmental Conditions <br />This assessment has revealed no evidence of CRECs in connection with the subject <br />property. <br />8.2.5. Recognized Environmental Conditions <br />This assessment has revealed no evidence of RECs in connection with the subject <br />property. <br />8.2.6 Other Potential Environmental Issues <br />This assessment has revealed no evidence of other potential environmental issues in <br />connection with the subject property, except for potential residual pesticide in the soil <br />due to the property's agricultural use from at least 1937 to the early 2000's.
