COMPLAINANT ALSO ALLEGES <br /> THAT THEY GIVE THE CUSTOMERS GLOVES TO SERVE THEIR OWN FOOD BUT THERE ARE NO TONGS FOR THE <br /> FOOD SO CUSTOMERS ARE USING THEIR HANDS TO GRAB THE FOOD. PEOPLE ARE DINING INSIDE NO SOCIAL <br /> DISTANCING.THE CONTAINERS WHERE THE TONGS ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ARE FILTHY. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection. <br /> As per manager, he is not aware of the complaint. <br /> As per manager, during COVID-19 pandemic,they modified the self service station by providing gloves and many tongs. Each <br /> customer can use single tong to serve vegetables. Each frozen meat container has its own tong for service. Used tongs are <br /> placed on separate table to be washed and sanitized later. Facility is posting signs at self service station for this modification <br /> as well as with each customer,the server guide them to do so. <br /> During my inspection, I observe 2 separate customers using clean tongs and disposable gloves for food self service. <br /> Tongs container is clean. I observe employee at the self service station and at the register washing hands between tasks and <br /> wearing clean gloves to handle food.
