Machine was run twice (0ppm <br />Cl / 0 ppm Cl). The sanitizer line was primed / bled. Ran machine a third time and the sanitizer was at 50 ppm Cl. <br />Bar dish machine is ok at 100ppm Cl. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized.
