4. CFC, Section 906 Portable Fire Extinguishers— Provide portable fire extinguishers as required by <br /> this section. <br /> 5. CFC, Section 506 Key Box - A Knox® Box shall be installed according to the local fire <br /> department's instructions. Make application for the key box at the fire district having jurisdiction of <br /> this project. If there is an electronically controlled access gate at this site a Knox®key switch will <br /> also be required. <br /> 6. CFC, Section 5001.3.3.1 Properties of Hazardous Materials — A complete list of hazardous <br /> materials used, stored, or planned for use/storage at this site shall be provided. <br /> 7. A complete review at building permit submittal will require compliance with applicable codes <br /> and ordinances. <br /> 8. CFC, Section 105 Permits: Operational Permit(s) may be required prior to occupancy. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS(Contact: [209]468-3000) <br /> a. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from this <br /> application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published <br /> by the Engineering News Record. (Resolutions R-00-433) <br /> b. The Regional Transportation Impact Fee shall be required for any incremental traffic resulting from <br /> this application. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. The fee will <br /> be based on the current schedule at the time of payment. (Resolution R-06-38) <br /> c. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> d. The developer shall provide drainage facilities in accordance with the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Standards. Retention basins shall be fenced with 6 foot high chain link fence or equal <br /> when the maximum design depth is 18 inches or more. Required retention basin capacity shall be <br /> calculated and submitted along with a drainage plan for review and approval, prior to release of <br /> building permit. (Development Title Section 9-1135) <br /> e. All new construction and the substantial improvement of any structure, including conversion of <br /> existing structures, in the area of special flood hazard shall be elevated or flood proofed in <br /> accordance to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 9-1065.12(a), (b), and (c). <br /> 3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT(Contact: [209] 468-3420) <br /> a. Applicant shall contact Robert McClellon, Program Coordinator, Small Public Water System <br /> Program, at (209) 468-0332, to determine if the existing well can be permitted as a public water <br /> system prior to issuance of building permits. If a public water system is required, applicant shall <br /> submit a Small Public Water System preliminary technical report to the California State Water <br /> Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water (Water Board), at least 6 months before <br /> initiating construction of any water-related improvement, as defined. The issuance of a permit to <br /> operate a small public water system by the local primacy agency (EHD) is prohibited without the <br /> concurrence of the Water Board. Please contact Brian Kidwell, P.E., with the SWRCB Division of <br /> Drinking Water, at (209) 948-3963 concerning the requirements for preliminary technical report <br /> submittal prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> If the Water Board determines that an onsite well shall be used as the potable water source, a <br /> permit application to operate a Small Public Water System shall be submitted to the EHD for <br /> approval prior to issuance of building permits.
