EHD prior to sign off of the certificate of final occupancy (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.C.R., Title 22, and Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 116525 116570. <br /> Note: Per conversation with Robert McClellon, the applicant is currently in process of obtaining <br /> permit for a small public water system. <br /> b. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br /> 4. SAN JOAQUIN COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS(Contact: [209] 235-0600) <br /> a. This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open <br /> Space Plan (SJMSCP) and is located within the unmapped land use area. Payment is required <br /> prior to issuance of a building permit. It is also recommended that the project applicant obtain an <br /> information package. <br /> 5. AIR POLLUTION CONTROL DISTRICT (Contact: [559] 230-6000) <br /> a. All construction-related exhaust emissions and activities resulting in less than significant impact <br /> on air quality should utilize the cleanest reasonably available off-road construction fleets and <br /> practices (i.e. eliminating unnecessary idling) to further reduce impacts from construction-related <br /> exhaust emissions and activities. <br /> b. Prior to commencing construction on any permit-required equipment or process, a finalized <br /> Authority to Construct(ATC) must be issued to the Project proponent by the District. <br /> c. The Project proponent may be required to submit a Construction Notification Form or submit and <br /> receive approval of a Dust Control Plan prior to commencing any earthmoving activities as <br /> described in Regulation VIII, specifically Rule 8021 — Construction Demolition, Excavation, <br /> Extraction, and Other Earthmoving Activities. <br /> d. Current District rules can be found online at: www.valleyair.org/rules/lruleslist.htm. To identify <br /> other District rules or regulations that apply to this project or to obtain information about District <br /> permit requirements, the application is strongly encouraged to contact the District's Small <br /> Business Assistance (SBA) Office at(209) 557-6446. <br /> PA-2100045 —Conditions of Approval 6 <br />
