The project consists of an <br /> expansion of an existing large winery in 2 phases over 5 years. (Project). The Project is <br /> located on the northwest corner of East Jahant Road and North Lower Sacramento Road, <br /> in Acampo, CA (APN 003-140-12). <br /> Project Scope <br /> The Project consists an expansion of a large winery in 2 phases. Phase 1 will include a <br /> construction of a 79,500 square foot storage building, while Phase 2 will include a <br /> construction of 38,025 square foot storage building. The purpose of the expansion is to <br /> eliminate the need to store wine at offsite wine storage sites. The expansion is not <br /> expected to result in an increase in the number of employees. <br /> Based on information provided to the District, Project specific annual emissions from <br /> construction emissions of criteria pollutants are not expected to exceed any of the <br /> following District significance thresholds: 100 tons per year of carbon monoxide (CO), 10 <br /> tons per year of oxides of nitrogen (NOx), 10 tons per year of reactive organic gases <br /> (ROG), 27 tons per year of oxides of sulfur (SOx), 15 tons per year of particulate matter <br /> of 10 microns or less in size (PM10), or 15 tons per year of particulate matter of 2.5 <br /> microns or less in size (PM2.5). <br /> Other potential significant air quality impacts related to Toxic Air Contaminants (see <br /> information below under Health Risk Assessment), Ambient Air Quality Standards, <br /> Hazards and Odors, may require assessments and mitigation.
