All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Remodel final inspection. <br />Plans were submitted in 2018 but a final inspection was never conducted. Items have been placed into the facility, following the <br />plans submitted. <br />The items include MT standard series dispenser for frozen smoothies, cappuccino machines and Curtis coffee makers. <br />The facility contains a cut sheets of the equipment added, on site in order to provide maintenance to the items if necessary. <br />Items have been inspected during a routine inspection. <br />Observed no violations at this time. <br />Official inspection report mailed to facility. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
